[Lac] Nueva prepcom

Hola, colegas

Me parece bien importante que comiencen a articularse para tener una presencia alli. Quiza pueda ir poca gente de la region, pero no hay duda de que no se pueden dejar los espacios sin presencia latinoamericana. Apoyo la idea de trabajar con la gente que ya esta en Ginebra. Si no hay becas sera muy dificil asistir, ya que tambien hay que tener en cuenta el gasto que significara estar en la misma cumbre en poco tiempo mas.

Que complicado se ha puesto todo esto! Creo que habra que negociar hasta ultimo minuto y prepararse para mas discusiones y pelea.
