[Lac] RV: CSB members fellowship

Hola amigos
Les cuento que tal como están dadas las cosas, no se si yo podré estar en la
cmsi.  Los mensajes de secretaría ejecutiva apuntan a que, ya que Argentina
es un país "desarrollado",  no podrán financiar mi presencia en la cmsi.  Ya
se sabía que no se va a financiar a ningún argentino, creo que fue una buena
jugada de la secretaría ejecutiva contra la que debemos protestar. Si esto
es así, y dado que Mëxico tampoco está en la lista de países, Olinca tampoco
recibiría financiación.

Dear Amir, dear all,

We have to consider that we may only support participants /CSB members from
LDCs or from developing and in transition countries (lists already sent).
So, we can not support one representative from each family.
