Thanks, 

The Fellowship is for one(!) person per regional family with the view to
represent the regional perspective. This person would also get the free
accommodation.
You would need the Latin American family/caucus endorsement for your
proposal.
Other families representatives (1 person) will have free accommodation
and 50% on any Tunis Air Travel.
