Dear Ann
Latin American caucus is now discussing about who's going to be the
person to receive this fellowship. Please, if you want to add a
candidate to be representative of our regions, would you  give us the
contact of that person so we could invite him or her to join the Latin
American Caucus and be part of the process of selection we started.

El caucus de América Latina está ahora en proceso de discusión sobre
quién será la persona que reciba esta beca. Por favor, si quieres sumar
un candidato para que sea representativo de nuestra región,  envianos el
nombre y el contacto de esa persona para que podamos invitarla a sumarse
al caucus de América latina y ser parte del proceso de selección que
hemos iniciado.
