[Lac] Sobre participacion LAC en Tunez

Amig at s,

estoy de acuerdo en decidir nosotr at s, los miembros de organizaciones de 
sociedad civil de algunos países de Latinoamérica , sobre la persona que 
puede ser apoyada para asistir a esas reuniones.  En caso contrario, otros 
tomarían la decisión.  Sin embargo, debo decir que me sorprende bastante el 
duro corte después de la discusión llevada anteriormente.

A mi entender, la persona que pueda usar esas facilidades de viaje puede 
ser de cualquier caucus, siempre y cuando sea de la región LAC.  Puede ser 
de educación, de pueblos indígenas, etc.etc.  La región tendrá con eso 
asegurada más presencia.

Entonces mi duda es:
¿se mantiene la idea de que el caucus LAC no tendrá representación en la 
reunión?
