Thank you Elizabeth for the offer. I always beleive that it is easier to
criticise than to create. That means, we can all put in our feedback once we
do have a draft then move on from there.
One key issue we should include and may need world examples is
"Applications and Content" - if people cannot understand the information
then there is no point. Also, universal access is very important, so are
financial mechanisms such as finaicing telecenters through partnership
between government, private sector and civil society to ensure
sustainability.
In my self study I find that one of the key issues is "sustainability".
I will be contributing to the Declaration from a small island country's
perspective. Thanks.
