No problems Elizabeth - looking forward to working with you. Andy, I may be quiet for a while as I am travelling to New York (tonight) - UN Task force on Financial Mechanisms then come back to the UN Regional forum here in Apia on "Reinventing Government" and the EROPA meeting, but will certainly read when I can.

Thank you for your suggestions. It is also great that you will be able to lobby from the government perspective, in addition to the NGO perspective.

Importance: High
Thank you Elizabeth for the offer. I always beleive that it is easier to criticise than to create. That means, we can all put in our feedback once we do have a draft then move on from there.
One key issue we should include and may need world examples is "Applications and Content" - if people cannot understand the information then there is no point. Also, universal access is very important, so are financial mechanisms such as finaicing telecenters through partnership between government, private sector and civil society to ensure sustainability.
In my self study I find that one of the key issues is "sustainability".
I will be contributing to the Declaration from a small island country's perspective. Thanks.
