I am involved in a small "e-democracy" best practices project.  I am
thinking about encouraging my authors to donate a small portion of their
honorarium to a small pool of resources that I will match in order to
gather a donation for a single telecentre on the Indonesian coast hit by
the Tsunami.  The total will end up being something ranging from 500 to
1000 GBP.

Any suggestions?  Please reply to:  clift at publicus.net

The donation would be available for a number of months so I've decided
to focus it on something post immediate relief.
