[Telecentres] RE: telecentres hit by the waves

Following on from Steven Clift's generous offer to help re-equip a
telecentre, is anyone aware of a program or a process that would allow
for contributions of this kind to other telecentres through an
appropriate coordination agency as reconstruction commences? Our
organisation would be only too pleased to publicise such a program
through our national network and to contribute what we can.
