Dear Gavin,   There is a stone at the center of the Mall in Washington,
D.C. called the Jefferson Stone that is at the (neglected) symbolic
center of America.  I am proposing a rededication of the stone as the
center of a Peace Site.  Among those remembered in this action would be
Gerrard Winstanley (and the stone planned for St. George Hill!).
