Actually, it's not just British law. The argument extends to all government
document printed under "Crown Copyright". The legal proviso is not just
that it's accurate, you also have to make no money out of doing so, which
basically means giving the stuff away.

I've been doing this through the Free Range Activism website since May
1996. I currently 'redistribute' about 25,000 quids worth a month
(calculated by multiplying the cover price by the number of copies
distributed) - and rising. i've just clocked over the 400,000 quid mark
since May '96. Expect to hit the million sometime next summer at thge
current rate of increase.
