Shit will hit the fan in 2008 with the planning reform bill -- stuff related 
to that should definitely be on the list since I don't think that small and 
low impact development by individuals will form part of the strategy for the 
review (essentially, it's about carving up land for large corporations in 
order to make our planning system "competitive" with China or Indonesia).
