to name but a few, Eco Towns are popping up all over the place.

But what does it really mean to go green and how 
do these emerging Eco Towns fulfill the ‘eco’ 
criteria set by the Government? Are they really 
environmentally friendly or just an excuse to 
supply more housing and make more money?

Spectacle questions the motives on this 
controversial issue with a particular focus on local opinion.
