[Lac] carta a la CMSI

Querida Angélica,

estoy muy de acuerdo contigo.  Pero una cosa es muy clara:  la gente de la 
CMSI tiene traductores y sino, fondos suficientes para lograr  traducir los 
documentos.  Por eso, la traducción debe ser una exigencia hacia la 
organización de la Cumbre.

Obviamente, la organizaciones civiles no contamos con esos recursos.  Casi 
todos los documentos que se han traducido, se han logrado con el trabajo de 
voluntarias y voluntarios o con apoyos puntuales, como lo ha realizado APC 
en varias ocasiones.  Pero hay muy pocos fondos, desafortunadamente.

Con documentos así, como el que envié hoy, tenemos que ver cómo 
procedemos.   Es un documento fresquecito. Recién salió hoy.  ¿Cómo lo 
traducimos?   ¿Quién puede hacerlo?

En la propuesta que enviamos hace varios meses ya hablábamos de la 
necesidad de un equipo de traductores.  Por ahora tendrán que ser 
voluntarios.  ¿Quién podría apoyar en esto?  ¿Quién dice yo?
