Beatriz, este tema ya lo tratamos varias veces. Es más, tengo marcado el
mensaje que envió (en francés) djilali benamrane y que cierra con la
siguiente disculpa:
"...
Sorry Myriem, no comment in English as long as English spoken members of

clarify the situation."

Lo iba a reenviar a este espacio, pero no quise interrumpir el debate sobre
gobierno internet, ya que estaba y está en un excelente nivel.
Dado que has traido el tema a la lista, estoy de acuerdo en que debemos
ocupar un espacio en la plenaria, pero cómo?  en qué idioma? in English?  De
ninguna manera!

Va mi propuesta: si estás siguiendo el debate en la plenaria, por favor tomá
cualquiera de los temas que consideres que es interés de LATINOAMERICA
HISPANOPARLANTE, traducilo al español, reenvialo a plenaria y ........
SEÑORES SUMEMONOS TODOS A DEBATIR ALLI, EN NUESTRO EXCELENTE Y RICO
ESPAÑOL!!!
Sino les gusta, que nos borren de la lista. Una sola cosa no podrán hacer:
no escuchar e incorporar en los debates nuestras opiniones. El ESPAÑOL es
una de las lenguas oficiales.

Vuelvo a decir lo que dije hace unos días: los mismos LATINOAMERICANOS en
estos espacios escriben en inglés. Asumen que nuestra lengua es tan
"pobrecita" que no merece que nadie la escuche.
Entonces, si queremos tocar tambores, hagamoslo con nuestro son.

Beatriz, Valeria, Olinca.....porque no traducen cualquiera de los mensajes e
"invadimos" cultural y educadamente el espacio de la plenaria en ESPAÑOL?

Fijense que el riquísimo debate que ha surgido aquí sobre gobierno de
Internet, ha mostrado que tenemos gente con posiciones; con argumentos; con
experiencia; con trayectoria. Por otro lado ha sucedido que sobre este tema,
los no expertos hemos aprendido algo y sabemos que piensa Enrique, Raul,
Erick, Carlos Afonso. Además de aprender, si dentro de unos meses se
presenta oportunidad de participar en algún otro evento con este tema, ya
sabremos quien podrá llevar nuestra voz.

Sino vamos a hacer algo, asumamos que la CMSI no es un espacio para que
debate LATINOAMERICA.
